Valerie Castillo is the head of marketing at TrustYou, the world’s largest guest feedback platform. She has over 9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, previously having worked as a Product Marketing Manager on the Hospitality Cloud at Cvent, a Vista Equity Partner. Currently, she is leading TrustYou’s strategy to better inform and educate hoteliers on the importance and value of guest feedback.

Hayet Adhanom, Sales Director, StayNTouch

Hayet has been the cloud/SaaS space for over 8 years and working with industries from Healthcare to Education and now in Hospitality for the last year and a half with StayNTouch. He loves working for companies ahead of the technology curve that are always displaying foresight in their respective industries and disrupt 'the paradigm' via innovation. As Sales Director for StayNTouch he oversees growing partnerships in US and Western Europe.

Justine Pentifallo, Client Services Manager, Travel Tripper

Since joining the Travel Tripper team in 2015, Justine has supported a vast array of hotels in the NYC and Florida markets. In addition, she oversees the consortia and call center programs at Travel Tripper. Prior to joining Travel Tripper, she grew into multiple roles at a top-rated hotel group in New York City. When she is not optimizing revenue for independent hotels, she can be found leading her friends to victory in bar trivia and is the captain of the Travel Tripper Skeeball Team.
